Job description

 

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare accurate, competitive electrical estimates and bids.

    • Research project costs and review project scope.

    • Communicate with customers and negotiate pricing.

    • Lead, train, and support the estimating team.

    • Present estimates to senior management.

    • Follow up on bids and forecast potential project awards.

    • Coordinate with field operations on awarded projects.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of electrical estimating experience preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).

    • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.

    • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to work on-site in Hampstead, MD.
