📍 POSITION DETAILS

• 📌 Location: Phoenix, Arizona

• 📅 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

• ⏰ Shift Hours: Day Shift

• 💰 Pay Range: $25.17 – $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Refrigeration Technician I, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to maintain, diagnose, and repair truck and trailer refrigeration equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• ❄️ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair truck and trailer refrigeration units with supervision.

• 🔧 Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs to keep equipment running efficiently.

• ⚡ Assist with electrical systems, starters, alternators, sensors, ECMs, and ECUs.

• 🚛 Work on gas and diesel engines, cooling systems, and HVAC components.

• 🔍 Inspect refrigeration units, identify mechanical issues, and determine necessary repairs.

• 🛠️ Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools to complete repairs.

• 📋 Document repairs, identify warranty-related issues, and maintain accurate work orders.

• 🦺 Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who brings mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn!

• ✅ 1–2 years of mechanical or refrigeration experience.

• ✅ EPA Section 608 Certification REQUIRED.

• ✅ Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurability requirements.

• ✅ Experience using shop tools and mechanical diagnostic equipment.

• ✅ Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• ✅ Ability and willingness to work safely at heights.

🌟 Extra Points If You Have:

• ⭐ Vocational or technical school training.

• ⭐ Experience repairing truck or trailer refrigeration units.

• ⭐ CDL with air brake qualification or willingness to obtain one.

• ⭐ Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.

• ⭐ Additional mechanical or refrigeration certifications.
