The Role

• Operate specialized equipment (hostlers, cranes, top loaders, side loaders) to load and unload shipping containers.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the intermodal yard.
• Stack, move, and organize containers according to daily logistics operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-use equipment inspections to ensure safety.
• Coordinate container moves and tasks with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established protocols.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
