Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will be the specialist that drives the strategy for leadership development, own the leadership development framework and drive consistency and continuity across the board.

With a focus on growth and change, this business has been building a new leadership development framework from the ground up. This is groundbreaking for this organisation and is being received with open arms.

Your direct Manager is an enabler, a strong mentor and is supportive of people that come with new ideas and an open mind. You will have a strong analytical mind with the ability to truly partner with the business. You will be able to use your expertise to drive change and enhance an organisation entrenched in our national culture to better meet their stakeholders' needs and truly make a difference in the management and wellbeing of their people.
