Required skills:
5+ years in Salesforce BA or functional roles, ownership across the full lifecycle, and specific examples of requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and release readiness. 

Strong Service Cloud experience plus practical Agentforce use-case or POC work and functional understanding of Data Cloud data sources, matching, unification, segmentation, or activation. 

Runs discovery, maps processes, asks strong questions, identifies the underlying need, and produces clear features, stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and traceability. 

Can discuss objects, fields, record types, Flow, permissions, roles, validation, automation, integrations, Agentforce, and when custom development may be required. 

Strong facilitation and consulting skills, clear business communication, constructive challenge, documented decisions, and comfort working with technical and senior stakeholders.
