Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic team supporting the modernization of legacy applications within the financial services sector.
• Develop and support applications using AWS cloud services in a collaborative environment.
• Analyze, develop, enhance, test, troubleshoot, and deploy software solutions.
• Work across backend, database, and front-end technologies to build reliable, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-critical applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications in AWS environments.
• Experience with relevant AWS services.
• Java development experience, particularly with enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience modernizing, migrating, or transitioning legacy applications to modern platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, application development, unit testing, troubleshooting, integration, and deployment support.
• Experience working within Agile or squad-based development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled application development.
• Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
