The Role

• Lead and motivate a team on the fresh food counter, acting as a role model.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Serve customers with engaging product demonstrations, expert advice, and attentive service.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and creative merchandising ideas.
• Manage costs, revenue, inventory, pricing, and product flow for the department.

What You'll Need

• Completed training, preferably in food retail, or relevant experience in bakery or fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen awareness of quality and freshness.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with a commitment to tasks.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system from Monday to Saturday.
