ServiceNow UI Builder - Remote

Location: Remote Employment Type: W2 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow pages, workspaces, and user experiences using UI Builder.
• Customize Next Experience UI and Configurable Workspaces based on business requirements.
• Configure UI Builder components, layouts, data resources, events, client state parameters, and page variants.
• Build and maintain client-side logic using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Connect UI Builder pages with ServiceNow tables, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot UI issues, data-binding problems, component behavior, and workspace configuration defects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow UI solutions.
• Ensure all UI solutions follow ServiceNow platform standards, security rules, accessibility, and upgrade-safe practices.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Experience with Next Experience UI and Configurable Workspaces.
• ServiceNow development experience with tables, forms, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and client-side development.
• Experience working with UI Builder data resources, events, page parameters, client state parameters, and component configuration.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow UI experiences with REST APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of ServiceNow ACLs, roles, security model, and application scopes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
