The Role

• Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Plan, implement, document, and evaluate individual care plans based on resident needs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, addressing concerns and finding solutions.
• Ensure adequate stock of medications, dressings, and other necessary supplies.
• Mentor and support new colleagues, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, pediatric nurse).
• Prior professional experience is preferred.
• A genuine passion for teamwork and collaboration.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a desire to contribute fresh ideas.
• Strong communication skills and interest in resident well-being.
