The Role • Managing technologically complex deviations (DEVs) and OOS (Out-of-Specification) cases, including root cause analysis and action planning. • Conducting research and documentation related to process and cleaning data as needed. • Collaborating on resolving raw material or material discrepancies during batch issues. • Performing daily process documentation and analysis as part of a continuous improvement project. • Supporting the preparation and facilitation of inspections. • Ensuring technological oversight for SAP transitions, including MBR (Master Batch Record) adjustments. What You'll Need • Completed scientific education (e.g., Pharmaceutical and Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or a degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry. • Initial professional experience through internships or trainee programs within the pharmaceutical field. • Strong knowledge of general GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines and their practical application in a laboratory setting. • Proficiency in German and good command of written and spoken English. • Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility.
