Product Owner

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major PLM implementation programme in London, supporting the delivery of a complex technology transformation using Lectra Kubix.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role covering migration, go-live, integrations, data flows, dependencies, vendors and stakeholder management. PLM implementation experience with Lectra Kubix is essential.

Title: Product Manager (Contract)
Pay Rate: £600-£650 per day
Location London - West End - 4 days per week in the office
Contract: ASAP start - Contract until 30 June 2027

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major PLM implementation programme in London, supporting the delivery of a large-scale technology transformation using Lectra Kubix.

The programme has been running for around 18 months and is now entering a critical phase, with a major system migration and go-live planned for mid-April.

Joining an established team and reporting into a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting delivery across the PLM implementation, working closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and system integrators.

The role:

You'll be responsible for helping drive the successful delivery of the PLM implementation, with particular focus on the wider technology ecosystem, integrations, data flows and dependencies.

This is a delivery-focused role, so we're looking for someone who understands how complex PLM implementations work end-to-end, rather than someone whose experience is primarily focused on platform configuration.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of a major PLM implementation through migration and go-live

• Managing relationships with multiple vendors, system integrators and internal stakeholders

• Managing delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and cutover activities

• Working across system integrations, data flows and wider technology dependencies

• Supporting migration planning and execution

• Identifying and managing delivery risks and issues

• Coordinating across technology, product and business teams to maintain delivery momentum

• Providing hands-on support during a critical phase of the programme

• Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and wider programme team to ensure successful delivery

Candidate Criteria:

We're looking for a strong Product Manager with experience delivering complex technology implementations and a solid understanding of PLM environments.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong Product Management experience within complex technology implementations

• Proven experience delivering PLM implementations

• Experience managing multiple vendors, system integrators and internal stakeholders

• A good understanding of system integrations, data flows and technology dependencies

• Experience working with SAP and/or Datasphere would be highly beneficial

• Experience managing migrations, cutovers, risks and key delivery milestones

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• The ability to quickly understand a complex programme and make an immediate impact

• A hands-on, delivery-focused approach

Desirable experience:

• Experience with Lectra Kubix would be a major advantage.
• Experience within a product-led environment would also be highly beneficial.
• However, candidates with strong transferable PLM implementation and technology delivery experience will be considered.
