Registered Nurse - LTC - Rehab - Nights

Join the dedicated team at Levindale Hospital's Hall 1 Rehab/Subacute Care unit, where compassionate caregivers help patients recover, regain independence, and transition successfully through their rehabilitation journey. Hall 1 is a fast-paced subacute rehab environment caring for patients with a variety of medical conditions including post-surgical recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac conditions, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing needs.

Hall 1 promotes a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on safety, dignity, comfort, and high-quality care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in coordinating care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a rehab and subacute setting
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, recovery goals, and discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary teams
Accurately document patient care and outcomes within the electronic medical record
Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families
Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
Associate degree in Nursing required
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
Less than one year of RN experience welcome to apply
