Production Associate 15 to 17hr

In this essential role, you will be involved in various assembly and production tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

• Carry out assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Rotate through different workstations as needed based on production demands
• Handle non-conforming materials and report issues to supervisory staff promptly
• Identify and address defects in parts or materials immediately
• Conduct minor rework and seat teardowns as required
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the proper functionality of tools and equipment
• Engage in team initiatives targeted at continuous improvement and efficiency
• Complete required production documentation efficiently and correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions
• Notify supervision of any injuries or incidents as soon as they occur
• Adhere to all health and safety standards as part of company policy

Requirements:

• Prior experience in production or assembly work is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment while meeting production targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
