The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of repairs, servicing, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete essential reporting, and maintain strong customer communication.
• Represent the organisation professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
