We are seeking an accomplished Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to build and lead our external reporting function. This critical role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in US GAAP, SEC regulations, and experience with reporting tools like DFIN (Donnelley Financial Solutions). The successful candidate will own the external reporting process, develop robust internal controls and processes, and collaborate extensively across legal, finance, and executive teams.
