Florida Luxury Auto Dealer is looking to expand our Title/Billing Department. We are looking for a full-time experienced professional Title Clerk/Biller. The successful applicant will have 2 plus years of DMV Automotive Billing and Dealership Accounting experience.

Applicants must be able to perform the following duties

Prepare licensing and titles for all retail residents and non-resident customers
Ensure proper billing and finalizing of wholesale units and follow-up wholesale paperwork
Cut checks for purchase units and payoffs
Assist all deals to have proper documents for finalized funding
Back up for floor plan – payoffs/add on with bank
Post banking including wires, funding and daily transactions as needed
Scanning deals, filing and DMV refunds
Perform some administrative duties
Ensure compliance with all government regulations
Maintain a professional appearance

Knowledge of CDK System preferred. Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership a plus. Applicants must have a history of stability with a hardworking, positive attitude and the ability to provide superior customer service.
