Job Requirement:

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang/Go developing scalable enterprise applications and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Go, RESTful APIs, gRPC, microservices architecture, concurrency, Goroutines, Channels, and error handling.
• Experience designing and integrating high-performance APIs and distributed services with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of Kafka/event-driven architecture, API security, authentication, logging, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests, conducting code reviews, debugging production issues, and following clean-code and engineering best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with product managers, architects, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Financial services/banking experience is a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently are required.
