Required Skills:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
- Strong experience migrating reports from Crystal Reports to Power BI — MUST HAVE.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and data extraction.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of Power BI report development, dashboards, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, including understanding existing reports and converting them into Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
