The Role

• Partner with Center Directors to cultivate a joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environment.
• Oversee instructional quality and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Support efforts to maintain a fully staffed, well-trained teaching team.
• Drive enrollment and family retention through strategic marketing and engagement.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and teacher development meetings.

What You'll Need

• Minimum one year of experience in center leadership and curriculum management.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential and compliance with state guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a teaching team, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
• Experience in supporting enrollment growth and family engagement strategies.
