Principal Technology Compliance Manager

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Principal Technology Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives supporting safe, reliable air transportation. In this role you will design, implement, and govern technology compliance programs spanning security, data, infrastructure, and applications. You will partner with legal, security, operations, and IT teams to interpret regulations, define controls, manage risk, and ensure audit readiness. You will drive remediation roadmaps, lead cross-functional projects, report compliance posture to leadership, and promote a strong culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of enterprise technology compliance programs
• Interpret regulations and internal policies to define technology controls
• Conduct and oversee IT risk and compliance assessments
• Partner with security, legal, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment
• Develop and track remediation plans for compliance gaps
• Prepare for and support internal and external technology audits
• Report compliance posture, risks, and metrics to senior leadership
• Drive process improvements to strengthen control environment
• Manage third-party and vendor technology compliance risks
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and compliance across tech teams
