The role:

As a Contract Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software systems.
• Conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Documenting all activities, including service reports and inventory updates.
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent or technical certifications (desirable).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to invest in your own tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions from senior team members.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within and outside of Brisbane and work shift work including night shift.
