The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for a large number of employees across multiple distribution centers throughout the United States.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, focusing on key distribution hubs.
• Develop and mentor an HR team dedicated to cultivating a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leadership to execute HR processes and programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to build and develop the teams that are crucial to the company's distribution success.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience within distribution or warehouse environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR strategy and develop teams.
