SAP Forms Functional Analyst with Security Clearance

CDIT Solutions isseeking an SAP Forms Functional Analyst to support the Joint TransportationManagement System (JTMS) program for the United States Transportation Command(USTRANSCOM). This role designs, configures, and optimizes SAP Forms solutionsand ensures seamless integration with other SAP modules and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, and support ofSAP Forms processes. • Configure form creation, management, andexecution. • Oversee form settlement and charge calculationprocesses. • Support form cost visibility and analytics. • Manage enhancements and continuous improvementinitiatives. • Ensure proper integration between SAP Forms andother SAP modules (e.g., TM, FI, MM, SD). • Configure form settlement documents and invoiceverification processes. • Support automatic posting of form costs withinSAP and relevant interfaces. • Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition. • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and AccountsReceivable teams on form invoice reconciliation. • Work closely with S/4HANA, TM, FinancialAccounting, MM, SD, Extended Warehouse Management, and interfaces for thefinancial system of record.

Required qualifications • 5+ years of experience in SAP Forms management. • Strong knowledge of form settlement and costdistribution. • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Formsand FI. • Deep understanding of integration points betweenSAP Forms, FI, SD, and MM. • Experience with form cost calculation,settlement documents, invoice verification, general ledger accountdetermination, and cost postings. • Experience with end-to-end order-to-cash andprocure-to-pay processes. • Experience developing and customizing SAP Forms,including layout design, form logic, and integration with other SAP modules. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong business process knowledge in logistics. • Ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions. • Self-motivated, team-focused, with a sense ofurgency and the ability to measure success on on-time project delivery. • U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.

Clearance must be active, in scope, and held in DISS prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience with embedded SAP Forms in SAPS/4HANA. • Experience with intercompany form billing. • Knowledge of revenue recognition impacts of formcharges. • Familiarity with EDI/API integrations withcarriers. • Federal or public sector experience. • Experience in global transportation. • DoW IAT Level I baseline certification. • BS/BA degree or equivalent. • Certification in SAP Forms or FI. Location, Travel & Compliance • Remote, with approximately 10% travel every 12weeks to Scott Air Force Base, IL. Candidates within a 4-hour radius of ScottAFB are preferred. • DoD 8140 compliance is required. A technicalbachelor's or master's degree is the simplest path; other qualifying optionsinclude an approved certification or required training.
