Role: SAP QM Solution ARCHITECT

Location: 3 days hybrid in EXTON  PA  and need locals

Duration: 12 Months

Required:

A senior SAP QM functional/solution architect with strong SAP QM configuration and end-to-end implementation experience, ideally in a regulated manufacturing/pharma/medical-device environment, who understands SAP PP/PI and can integrate SAP QM with LIMS/MES while leading global support and delivery teams.

Must-Have Skills

Total 10-12+ Years of experience is required and Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Device, Healthcare Manufacturing, Chemical, or other highly regulated industries.

• 7+ years of SAP QM experience, with strong hands-on functional and configuration expertise.
• Strong experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) processes and configurations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in recent implementations.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of:

o   Quality Planning

o   Quality Inspection

o   Inspection Lots

o   Inbound, In-Process, Outbound and Recurring Inspections

o   Results Recording

o   Usage Decisions

o   Quality Notifications

o   Non-Conformance Management

o   Batch Management

o   Traceability and Recalls

o   QM Control Keys

o   Quality Reporting

• Strong understanding of SAP QM integration with SAP PP/PI, including both discrete and process manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP QM integration with LIMS and/or MES systems and relevant platforms such as LabWare, STARLIMS, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting production SAP QM environments, including:

o   Incident/ticket management

o   Problem resolution

o   Change management

o   Release management

o   Regression testing

o   Master data management/cleansing

• Experience managing or coordinating SAP support teams and SLAs.
• Ability to translate business requirements from Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams into SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP solution design, architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data related to Quality Management.
• Experience working within formal Change Control and release processes.
