Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The contractor will primarily work on:
• Processing USF (Universal Service Fund) applications
• Processing LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) applications
• Assisting customers with completing applications
• Conducting outreach activities
• Administrative support
• Maintaining records and documentation
• Communicating with customers regarding eligibility and required documents

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• USF/LIHEAP experience
• Previous experience working with government or utility assistance programs is highly preferred
• Comfortable interacting with customers, community organizations, and assisting the public.
• Data entry
• Document management
• Filing
• Scheduling
• General office support
• Experience with USF/LIHEAP
• Strong empathy and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle (travel may be required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual would be nice.
