Refrigeration Field Service Engineer

Location: Rochdale / Field-Based – UK Travel<br />Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Overtime<br />Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Field Service Engineer to join our team, working on specialist temperature-controlled equipment across pharmaceutical, healthcare and laboratory environments. The role will involve servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, calibrating and validating stability chambers, environmental rooms and ultra-low temperature freezers. Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and temperature-controlled equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and humidity faults
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, calibration and validation
• Complete service reports and communicate findings to customers
• Manage van stock and respond to breakdowns
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
• Travel throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Ireland Requirements
• Previous field service engineering experience
• Refrigeration and/or laboratory equipment experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• F-Gas Category 1 desirable
• Calibration and validation experience desirable
