Project Manager

Guildmore Midlands &amp; North is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across design, commercial and production.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, resources and project programmes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Ensure full compliance with Health &amp; Safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain project programmes, reports, risk registers and site records.
• Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with the Quality Plan and Inspection &amp; Test Plans.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings and improved delivery.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.<br />Experience &amp; Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ construction project management experience.
• Proven experience in cladding remediation and residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management.
• Experience with high-rise and RC frame projects preferred.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications required.
• Construction-related degree preferred.<br />Skills &amp; Attributes
