We are looking for a Leadership role responsible for Digital Products, Software Architecture, UX/UI, and AI solutions. The position leads a small multidisciplinary team and drives the development of scalable, customer-focused digital products and AI-enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Software Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI Engineers.

Define digital product and AI strategy aligned with business goals.

Establish AI solution architecture standards and technology roadmaps.

Drive innovation, modernization, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Das bringst du mit :

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or at a related field with focus on AI

• 5+ years of experience in software development and in working with AI / Machine Learning

• Technical skills in programming and Engineering (C#, or TypeScript, Java, Go)

• Practical experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs and integration)

• strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

• Mentoring and coaching mindset

• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude

• English (C1) and as a plus (B2) written and spoken
