Job Description

Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Plano, TX (Only Local candidate as In-person interview)

 Must have: Salesforce Apex Programming

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Salesforce Apex Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining scalable applications on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring high performance and reliability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex programming language.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards and design patterns.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve application performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development practices.

 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Programming.
  • Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security features.
  • Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
