The Role

• Act as a lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide exemplary customer service, greeting customers and assisting with locating merchandise.
• Manage merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining plan-o-grams.
• Operate the cash register, process customer purchases, and handle payments.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the store as directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a safe working environment.

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand cash handling procedures.
• Experience with cash register operations and basic store tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and security policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or related experience is beneficial.
