Information Security Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Security Analyst to join our team supporting a premier healthcare organization. Working alongside IT leadership, this role will focus on security event monitoring, identity and access management, endpoint security, and incident response documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response using SIEM and EDR platforms.

• Manage identity and access controls across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and M365 environments.

• Support vulnerability management, endpoint patching, and security policy enforcement.

• Draft and maintain IT security runbooks, standard operating procedures, and root-cause reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Security Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), M365, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR tools and basic Incident Response frameworks (e.g., NIST).

• CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field required.
