The Role • Design of structured cabling, security, audio-visual, and other low-voltage systems for complex building projects. • Development of construction drawings, detailed specifications, and accurate project budgets. • Coordination of design strategies with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project success. • Execution of site surveys, design observations, and active participation in project meetings. • Integration of technology systems with broader intelligent building infrastructure. What You'll Need • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing low-voltage building systems. • RCDD certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain it within six months. • Proficient knowledge of TIA standards, BICSI guidelines, and relevant building codes. • Familiarity with CSI Divisions 27 and 28 for technology infrastructure. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to travel as required. • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, along with Microsoft Office proficiency, is preferred.
