The Role

• Perform maintenance, upkeep, and repair of production machinery and related plant/building technology.
• Provide technical support for production-related issues and offer shift-based technical services.
• Contribute to projects for continuous improvement, including the setup, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and systems, involving control cabinet construction and machine programming.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with several years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• Proficient knowledge of programmable logic controllers (SPS).
• Familiarity with or strong interest in automation/robotics, and ideally in measurement, control, and drive technology.
• Willingness to work in early and late shifts.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style.
• High level of commitment, reliability, and teamwork skills.
