The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with wireless needs and services.
• Identify and develop new consumer and business accounts.
• Understand customer specifications and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional post-sale support.
• Stay updated on the latest technology products and services to provide informed recommendations.
