Retail Associate

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding, down to earth service in our apparel and gear store. You'll greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend durable workwear and outdoor products that fit real world use. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and returns, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining clean, engaging displays, and supporting inventory counts. You'll live our practical, humorous, and authentic brand culture while meeting sales and service goals and helping customers gear up for work, projects, and the outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance on apparel, workwear, and gear.
• Operate POS system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts in line with company policies.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom.
• Support merchandising, signage, and product displays to reflect brand standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge to make practical recommendations.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and loss prevention awareness.
• Meet or contribute to individual and store sales and service goals.
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to management.
• Uphold Duluth Trading Company's practical, humorous, and authentic brand culture.
