Seasonal Retail Associate

Join Duluth Trading Company as a Seasonal Retail Associate and help deliver a down to earth, customer first experience during our busiest seasons. You'll greet customers, share product knowledge about our durable workwear and outdoor gear, and assist with fitting, styling, and solution focused selling. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash and returns, restocking and organizing sales floors, setting visual displays, and keeping the store clean and safe. You'll work closely with a collaborative team that values hard work, humor, and authenticity while supporting a growing, innovative retail brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on workwear and outdoor apparel
• Operate POS system accurately, including cash handling and returns
• Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floors and fitting rooms
• Support merchandising, signage, and visual display standards
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and replenishing inventory
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and cleanliness procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
• Handle customer issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Support flexible scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
