The Role

• Independently perform maintenance on mechanical building equipment.
• Conduct proactive repairs and upkeep of systems.
• Carry out inspections and walkthroughs of facilities.
• Monitor technical systems using building management technology.
• Document all service activities digitally via mobile devices.

What You'll Need

• Technical training (e.g., HVAC technician, mechatronics for refrigeration, plumbing) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Customer-oriented and reliable work ethic, with strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• German language proficiency at B2 level and a valid Class B driver's license.
