The Role

• Conduct regular inspections of technical systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage and track incoming fault reports, prioritizing and following up until resolution.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on technical equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests efficiently using digital and mobile tools.
• Maintain the overall orderliness and cleanliness of the managed properties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a technical field, ideally with exposure to heating, sanitation, cooling, or building technology.
• A valid Class B driver's license.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate modern building systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, with the ability to clearly explain technical matters.
