Communications Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite T-TR Remote M & F)Contract: 4 months with potential to extendCompensation Range: $45 - 50 per hourAre you an organized project manager who excels at bridging the gap between institutional client needs and creative production? Join a dynamic participant marketing and communications team driving impactful educational campaigns for top-tier institutional sponsors. In this high-visibility role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensure client edits and brand standards are flawlessly applied, and serve as a primary liaison to institutional partners.

Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end communication and marketing projects to deliver high-quality participant education collateral on schedule. Serve as a consultative primary liaison for external plan sponsors to effectively resolve operational challenges and align project goals. Streamline multi-functional team workflows to ensure accurate, timely integration of institutional client feedback into final deliverables. Monitor project progress, allocations, and team capacities to maximize operational efficiency and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications:3-5 years of dedicated project management experience within marketing, communications, or financial services. Proven track record in institutional client relationship management and external stakeholder alignment. Strong expertise in managing creative workflows, project tracking tools, and multi-functional team execution. Exceptional detail orientation and communication skills, backed by an undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience.
