The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members across the UK.
• Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues ranging from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing a varied workload of call-outs.
• Offer reassurance and quick, confident solutions to members in need.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organization, combining technical skill with outstanding service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
