Scrum Master Certification required
Proven experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Strong Scrum/Kanban, Agile ceremonies & PI Planning experience
Team coaching, backlog refinement & impediment removal
Experience with Jira and Agile metrics
Strong facilitation, communication & conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor s degree preferred
