The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for unique, high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and on-site assessments (ladder or attic inspections).
• Focus on closing deals with pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs and drive revenue.
• Participate in daily team meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.
• Travel to and from in-home appointments within the assigned territory.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire for career growth and uncapped earning potential.
