What You'll Need • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 1 year of customer-facing experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 3 months of customer-facing experience. • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building trust. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers. • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills in a professional setting. • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
