Registered Manager - Children's Homes | Buttershaw, England, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £60,364 - £73,808 per annum We're hiring on behalf of a leading provider of specialist education and care for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This organisation is dedicated to creating a nurturing and holistic environment, ensuring the best possible outcomes for young people in their care. They are known for their joined-up approach, integrating clinical support with educational and residential services to foster positive development. The Role • Oversee the daily operations of a 7-bed children's home, ensuring a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both staff and young people. • Lead and manage the team, fostering a supportive and high-performing culture. • Ensure compliance with all Ofsted requirements and maintain high standards of care. • Actively participate in the referral process, providing a stable home for children and young people. • Implement a holistic approach to care, addressing the developmental needs of young people. • Drive positive outcomes for children and young people, enabling them to rebuild their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. What You'll Need • Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home. • A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion for making a difference in young people's lives. • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Strong understanding of social, emotional, and mental health needs in children and young people. • Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive team environment.
