Farmers Insurance Sales Agent

As a Farmers Insurance Sales Agent, you will play an important role in building client relationships and helping individuals explore coverage that fits their needs and goals. • Connect new, existing, and prospective clients with insurance programs and coverage options that best meet their individual needs.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales role.
• Knowledge of different types of insurance policies.
• Experience in insurance sales or other insurance-related work.
• Experience working with new prospects and existing policyholders.
• Experience with cross-sell and upsell conversations.
• Missouri or Illinois Life & Health insurance license.
• Missouri or Illinois Property & Casualty insurance license.

Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
