Product Designer/Sr Product Designer, IT | Fort Worth, TX, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Transform large, complex applications into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver a variety of UX deliverables including personas, flows, and mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to define user stories and UX requirements.
  • Work with emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to enhance user journeys.
  • Influence design and product decisions based on UX best practices, design principles, and research.
  • Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows for applications and digital experiences.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HCI, Design, CS, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX practitioner, with a background in user experience or interaction design.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Sketch, Adobe CC).
  • Experience working closely with developers in an agile environment.
  • In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and current web/app design trends.
