HR Generalist

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks an HR Generalist to support our Human Resources & Talent Management function within a fast-paced printing media and strategic communications environment. The HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR policies, performance and talent processes, and HR data/reporting. Partnering closely with senior leaders, this role will drive employee engagement, coordinate training and development, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide day-to-day HR support to a collaborative, high-performance, and client-focused team committed to public affairs impact.
