The Role • Translate complex customer needs into clear, multi-level requirements. • Develop advanced system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering. • Oversee the integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems with electronic, mechanical, optical, and software elements. • Take accountability for collaborative technical work package execution. • Provide guidance and coaching to other engineers to enhance team capabilities. • Drive system evolution by applying best-practice lifecycle processes and modern approaches. What You'll Need • Proven experience in requirements management, design analysis, modelling, and simulation. • Proficiency with tools such as DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, and/or Simulink, along with design methodologies like SysML. • Experience in customer and/or supplier liaison for technical aspects, verifying customer needs. • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics). • Desirable: Experience in integration, test, and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems. • Desirable: Understanding of safety assessment processes and their influence on design.
