The Opportunity

We'relooking for an AI Workflow TransformationLead to help reimagine and redesign the workflows that matter most across our business. Thisisn'ttraditional process improvement.It'san opportunity to rethink how work happens by combining humanexpertise, AIcapabilitiesand innovative ways of working.

You'llplay a key role inidentifyinghigh-value opportunities, designing future-stateworkflowsand helping teams confidently adopt AI-enabled ways of working.

What you'll be doing

You'llpartner with business leaders, subject matterexpertsand technical teams to:

• Deeply understand and map current-state workflows, identifying pain points, risks and opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency,qualityand employee experience.
• Translate business requirements into practical, buildable solutions alongside AIbuilders,architectsand data specialists.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across business, risk, privacy,governanceand technology teams.
• Support delivery,adoptionand value realisation throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Balance innovation with responsible AI practices, governancerequirementsand workforce readiness.
• Help teams navigate change and build confidence in new ways of working.

About you

You're a transformation professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be comfortable working in ambiguity, challenging established ways of working and bringing people on the journey.

You'lllikely bringexperience in:

• Business transformation, workflowredesignor process optimisation.
• Business analysis and solving complex organisational challenges.
• Working alongside technology,dataor AI teams to deliver change.
• Driving stakeholder alignment in complex or sensitive environments.
• Change management,adoptionand workforce transformation.
• Identifyingand delivering measurable business value through transformation initiatives.
• Understanding the potential of AI,automationand emerging technologies in business workflows.
