Pensions Transactions Project Manager

Drive the delivery of complex DB pension transactions.

A new opportunity has arisen within our clients' team, for an experienced DB Pension Transactions Project Manager to play a central role in coordinating a portfolio of significant defined benefit pension transactions.

Working across multiple transactions simultaneously, you’ll be responsible for keeping each deal on track from a programme perspective; coordinating key stakeholders, managing risks and issues, monitoring critical deadlines and ensuring senior stakeholders have clear, accurate visibility of progress.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with transaction brokers, trustees, actuaries, lawyers, administrators and other specialist advisers. You’ll bring structure and pace to a complex transaction environment, ensuring that different workstreams remain aligned and potential issues are identified and escalated early.

You’ll also play an important role in strengthening the way future transactions are delivered, developing templates, trackers, reporting processes and governance frameworks that make each successive transaction more efficient and lower risk.

We're looking for someone with strong Defined Benefit knowledge, with previous exposure to pensions transactions. Experience in endgame environments and direct involvement in producing papers for trustee boards, reporting groups or pricing committees would also be advantageous.
